Welcome to the residents website of The Ratnakar CGHS Ltd. This website has been designed to provide all relevant information related to our Cooperative Group Housing society. We are starting off as a simple website and shall add some self-service options in the future.
Ratnakar Apartments is a one of the most beautiful societies in Dwarka. The housing society offers well designed HIG and MIG apartments in a beautiful layout comprising of four blocks. Each block has 2 HIG and one MIG flat on each floor. There are 8 floors of HIG and 7 floors of MIG flats in each block. Our society has a beautiful park in the center of the blocks which is one of the main attractions for the young and old alike. Summer evenings and winter mornings bring everyone out to the park where they interact and spend some quality time. There is a lift in each block. The society has 24/7 power back up as well.
The society is well connected by various modes of transportation. It is on the main road which connects to the IGI airport on one side and the arterial road going to the domestic airports on the other. It is 1.5 km to metro station of sec 13 or 12.
The site is in close proximity to all civic utilities. The well developed markets of sector 4,5,11 and 12 are at 5 minutes walking distance and provide almost everything one may need for shopping. The majestic Vegas mall is just about 2 km from the society. There are multiple hospitals and schools situated at stone’s throw from the society.
